Great service. Knowledgeable representative

They told me I could get cheaper insurance. Once I got the policy some of the things on it were incorrect about prior history. I called 800 number which was the underwriter. They called Americo and told them they would not insure us. I had the letter ready to mail out to cancel my current secondary insurance. If I had mailed that letter we would have been in big trouble trying to get secondary insurance at a decent price cause I get injections in my knees. I felt these people were really dishonest and were just trying to make a buck.

Rosemary was a very nice person. Verypfifessional and knowledgeable. I hope I’ve made the right choice. I’ve Mutual of Omaha for a long time change is hard for me.

The representative was very helpful, courteous, and understanding. She explained things in terms I could understand, answered my questions, and made suggestions that were very helpful. I was very pleased to be able to get the policy and information that I did and such a quick and understandable way.

I was so confused about Medicare...until I talked to Josh Hafenstine. He explained the system and the process for applying for a Medicare supplement/gap insurance. I have no experience yet with Americo but have chosen that company for my gap insurance. I will let you know how it goes....
