I was helped within minutes after I clicked on the request for quotes. One problem l didn't like is the questions that asked are so very long, I lost site of what was being asked. I have an Associate degree in nursing but I had a hard time trying to answer because the question was too long. Also I'm seventy yrs old and somewhat hard of hearing. There has to be an easier way to file an application.

I had just forgotten that my new policy did not pay the deductible. As soon as I looked in my file I saw my notes and remembered. It was the fact that Plan F could not be written as new policies so I took the Plan G which is the same without the deductible payment. I saved more than that on the new policy. Should have done it a long time ago.

Representative was Wonderful! Very understanding of my needs, very knowledgeable about the different plans, very polite and also before she concluded our phone call she definitely made sure I understood all of the benefits and cost of the plan I signed up for. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
