Signing up for medicare supplement and prescription drug plan
The process of signing up for medicare supplemental was actually painless and somewhat easy. The price was reasonable. The only thing that would improve the process is making one payment for the supplement care and associated Medicare part D prescription coverage. Jenna Lucht was my liason. She was patient with my questions, professional in her presentation, and provided excellent service. An employee to be valued.

Very professional
Very professional - had understanding. Most of us going thru the retirement process are overwhelmed ...Many entities to contact and many forms to fill out and send in. Kielan made things clear and went thru all the options. I was relieved to get another part of retirement out of the way...judi
