You began processing my payment almost…
You began processing my payment almost immediately versus the 24-48 hours I was informed. Not good business to do that to a prospective client

The agent Rosemary
The agent, Rosemary, was extremely enjoyable to deal with. She was well versed in Medicare coverage available. Her recommendations were spot on and she was very patient in answering all our questions, getting us signed up, and saving money. Our experience with Rosemary could not have been any better.
