I placed an order for the wrong item and since the items were hadn’t been processed yet i was accommodated to cancel and reorder the correct items. The smile on my dad’s face when he saw the Philadelphia mugs is priceless!!!

Wry well wrapped and super fast delivery . .

I love these mugs and have been collecting them for awhile and try to pick them up in the cities I go to. I ordered 6 online from cities I’ve been to but couldn’t find the mugs and when I got the order, one of the mugs was wrong (I contacted them and they immediately emailed me to let me know they would send the correct mug; I was told it’s in its way so that’s great!), and another mug didn’t have the city on the handle. I contacted them about this issue and was told that the earlier mugs didn’t have that feature. In all the years I’ve been collecting them, every mug has the name on the handle so I’m not sure how far back this particular mug was created but it didn’t make much sense to me. I display these mugs with the handle facing out, so it’s a big disappointment and makes me wonder how many other mugs are like that? And why wasn’t that made clear before fulfilling the order? It makes me think that perhaps this collection is done.

First of all, I love your relief mugs - they are the perfect size -- even their handles are the perfect size. That, and shipping is so very fast.

Your coffee cups are THE BEST EVER! My husband & I both received one as a gift from our son on a school trip. My husband actually dropped his & broke it. He was devastated because he used it everyday! Me too! I looked at the bottom of my cup and was able to order the exact same cup for him! I only gave it 4 stars because shipping was so expensive lol
