Wrong item sent, but was corrected. Paid more for two day shipping than for the products and still didn’t get items timely. Has to be shared responsibility. However, will purchase again.

I was startled to see those tiny cups for $7.00 each - wasn’t expecting that. At $7.00 it wasn’t cheap - at that price it should have been normal size. The tiny ones should cost $3.00 I love the Texas-sized cups and their art work is beautiful - well worth the price.

I love these mugs and have been collecting them for awhile and try to pick them up in the cities I go to. I ordered 6 online from cities I’ve been to but couldn’t find the mugs and when I got the order, one of the mugs was wrong (I contacted them and they immediately emailed me to let me know they would send the correct mug; I was told it’s in its way so that’s great!), and another mug didn’t have the city on the handle. I contacted them about this issue and was told that the earlier mugs didn’t have that feature. In all the years I’ve been collecting them, every mug has the name on the handle so I’m not sure how far back this particular mug was created but it didn’t make much sense to me. I display these mugs with the handle facing out, so it’s a big disappointment and makes me wonder how many other mugs are like that? And why wasn’t that made clear before fulfilling the order? It makes me think that perhaps this collection is done.

Shipping cost more than the mug. Last purchase :( Not sure of the date of purchase.

I did not like the amount of shipping, $25.30, for a $15.00 item. I know it did not cost that amount to ship.

Disappointed on the large order I placed a week later everything is now discounted 25%. Does not seem tight!

The glasses are nice. However, I would have liked it better if each glass was packaged in an individual box
