If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Up sell up sell up sell stay away. I hired this nightmare of a company for a project… I hired this company for a project recently, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. Except for Tyran and Evelyn worked hard on this project . First, the company was very unresponsive and difficult to communicate with, often taking days to reply to my messages or emails. When they did finally respond, their answers were vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated. As the project progressed, it became clear that the person that the company assigned to my project did not have the necessary skills or experience to complete the work to the level I was expecting. Their work was full of errors and lacked attention to detail, requiring extensive revisions and corrections. When I expressed my concerns, the person became defensive and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. To make matters worse, the people they assigned to my project missed several important deadlines, causing delays and putting the entire project in jeopardy. It was a stressful and disappointing experience, and I regretted hiring this company. In the end, I have to find someone else to complete the work, which will cost me both time and money. They still have 1k of my money to this day. 4/20/2023

The help I have received from Christopher Walsh when I started my new business has gone beyond all expectations. From time to time I jokingly refer to him as a wizard because he is that good. Plus as my business grows he and his team are with me every step of the way.

Very hard to get on the phone. When I got did get someone on the phone they had a different accent each time and asked inappropriate questions not related to the project. I got the project through another vendor and told them this and they became irritated and asking for their name. Very crazy experience! I honestly felt as if they were just making a joke outta the situation and was never going to provide a refund!!! I had to call my bank to resolve this.

We had a project with them, the team is not proficient in delivering smooth work - rather their aim is to upsell other products that are'nt needed by user for eg. premium domains, write legal online policies that you get free anywhere else, logo designs, copyrights etc. We simply stopped taking their calls. Don't fall for their trap. We actually ended up hiring someone else for our project and had a much better looking and functioning website delivered to us in ten days. The guys who work here have anger issues and throws tantrums at clients and we have them on a recorded line to make fun of them later. They need mental healing more than running a business. Client lost!

I have the pleasure working one on one with an amazing lady name Faith. She is very professional and courteous, she care all about my needs as her client, to be very happy. she guides and helps me because of my poor computer skills. She is always on top of everything. When I request she Deliver. It is so easy to contact her, she reply me back immediately. Faith is a leader to her team, together they created my beautiful videos. I’m so grateful that she was assigned for my project, I would be lost without her.

Bryan did a great job making sure that the logo for my business was finished in a timely manner. Bryan is always professional and customer service friendly over the phone. I would definitely recommend American Web Builders.
