After several unsuccessful attempts in…
After several unsuccessful attempts in getting renewal via your online portal, and then receiving a cancellation eve after emailing several times to get renewed the only option was to actually call and speak with someone. 5 minutes it took!

I have been using American Service Pets…
I have been using American Service Pets for a few years now and I am happy I did. Making an appointment to see a doctor or counselor takes weeks sometimes months to be evaluated and some won't sign off paperwork to confirm need for a service animal. That was time I didn't have when I was ready to move. I needed documentation not only stating my issue but approving my need for an ESA animal. American Service Pets did.

Pleased With My Choice
I have been dealing with a lot of emotional stress and sadness. As an empty nester, the support my dog Prince gives me cannot be described. Recently, I lost my youngest Son and having my dog has helped me cope with the loss more effectively. I didn't know anything about registration for an ESA until I noticed an AD. American Service Pets walked me through the steps and I'm so happy to have my dog as a member. It gives me a peace of mind.
