I have been charged 141 + $33 and I still haven't received the letter and I am being charged 25 more dollars for application fee after y'all have already charged me $141 dollars and then y'all charged me 33 more dollars for I have no clue what and then y'all are trying to charge me 25 more dollars for an application fee the $33 was supposed to be for the application fee I'm not satisfied I haven't received my letter I would like to talk to someone

You would have been charged for your letter package, and then you would have been charged the disclosed $25 fee that goes directly to the licensed healthcare physician who evaluated you for qualification. These charges are explained on our website, during checkout, and through our customer service reps. Any additional charges would be for optional add-on products (which you select during the checkout process) such as a subscription to the I Train Academy program.
