It is very difficult to read my information on the bracelet. The lettering is very small and blends in with the background. I was not given the option of letter sizing or contrasting colors. I followed the AMID recommendations as to what info to put on the bracelet but it was too much. The illustrations are very misleading.

I ordered a 10K medallion. On checkout, there was no standard shipping option. The least expensive option available was $17.25. I called and was told this is required because the item was gold. There was no explanation anywhere on the website. Today, I received a Fedex notice the package would be 10 days in transit. Amazing. A supervisor would not speak with me.

How do I receive the bracelet and went to put it on?And it was way short. I took the ball and stud off and punched a new hole to length it. Went to put it back on and it was stripted. I called American Medical to no avail, all they would do was give me 10 percent off another type of bracelet. All I wanted was another ball and stud and was willing to pay for it but they wouldn't even try to send me one.A wasted 50 dollars!

They made it simple to use. I was able to put all information for the first responders.

Wow where do I begin. This company is trash. I still haven’t received my order. I ordered it weeks ago. When I noticed an address error. I immediately notified them. They did not care or try to help in any real way. My order is who knows where they said it processed. But there is literally no shipping information in regards to carrier expected deliver etc. They do not have any information. I won’t be receiving my my medical ID’s I desperately need. Calling my bank tomorrow to get a refund. Documenting everything and reporting this to the BBB. What a joke such an irresponsible company with such a serious roll. Shame on them.

Where do I begin? Takes forever to process order. Lettering not readable. QR code did not work. Customer service difficult to reach, not helpful, and very rude. Tossed it in the trash. They would not refund so I opened a credit card issue. Save your money and order from one of the other companies for a better value and product that works. Update: after the company's misleading reply below, i received an email 3 days later asking for more information. I replied with the information and have not heard back from them. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered another necklace from Universal Medical Data. It came in 4 days vs. 2 weeks, and is much better quality. Engraved QR code vs a cheap sticker and text that you can actually read. And significantly less money. Would definitely recommend them over this company.

Bracelet is extremely cheaply made. Print is not visible AT ALL. Complete waste of money. Serves me no purpose. Just reordered bracelet from Stickj.com. Wanting a quality looking bracelet due to the fact I will need to wear a bracelet the rest of my life.

This company doesn’t have customer service, they have something worse…Lip service. A previous review resulted in American Medical ID company suggesting that they would escalate my complaint of the bracelets to customer service. Unfortunately, they have NOT reached out to me, though I have sent several emails. This company is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg! Run, run away!
