American Logo DesignersReviews of americanlogodesigners.com

Jordan was an amazing project manager he helped me understand everything I need to do for an online presence!!! Very happy with my logo from American Logo Designers!!! I recommend their work, they are truly the BEST in the industry!! You won’t regret doing business with them.

Terrible service. I've been waiting two months for my logo and website designs and getting slow-played all along the way. They don't answer their phones and their chat service will drop you when you ask to speak to a supervisor. Pursuing chargeback through my credit card company. 2/2/2022 Spoke with Mike. Agreed to edit rating while waiting on changes in service. 2/5/2022 Still no changes. Credit card chargeback was processed. Mike Ross told me the chargeback would be disputed by their lawyers and to check the fine print regarding their 100% guarantee.

I was helped by Peter In order to complete my website and let me tell you he did a great job as well as keeping in communication with me making sure what I needed done was done .

From reading the other reviews here, I guess we were just really unlucky. The samples they provided my company with were very unprofessional--my group actually asked if they were designed by a bot, they looked so bad. Then we were more specific as to what we wanted--a bridge-type logo, and got a bunch of samples that didn't look like a bridge at all, but roads. So we sent some samples from online sources that were what we wanted to be close to, and got more roads back. Eventually we just gave up and we asked for a refund, and was told that if we opened the file they sent for the first batch of samples, it's almost impossible to get a refund. Ah well. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience than we did. Still no logo after 8 weeks, but I have some computer-generated abstract pics of roads, if anyone is interested.

Alex was the BEST! We had no idea what we wanted for our internet presence. Alex, helped us navigate the process from start to finish. He knew when to gently bring us along and he knew when decisions had to be made. He was with us every step of the way and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Creating and Design, Layout, Verbiage, Target Audience, Security and Hosting - professionalism in every interaction! American Logo Designers will always be our first call when the need arises! They made me a custom website which turned out just the way I wanted it. Michelle did a great job putting it all together. Would recommend American Logo Designers to anyone needing a website.

ALD Rules, Jordan Jay as the leader of a fantastic team of talented marketing associates, Mike Ross, and his incredible commercial writing has made my dream come true of having an animated commercial on youtube, & Adam Chris's gorgeous ads on facebook and instagram has now reached brand awareness, and all together, sales of my software has now started, ALD and the team are impeccable at their work, and i am so lucky to have chosen them as my marketing / advertising firm. I had some technical issues with my website designed by American Logo Designers. Rose from the Compliance Department contacted me and quickly addressed all the issues and got the website up and running. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the solutions.
