My relationship with ALD started in 2021 when they did a logo for my company. Later in 2021, they did a website for me. It was a simple Wordpress e-commerce site and it was done reasonably well. I had a guarantee that the site would do well. I still have that guarantee in writing. Payment is always made ahead of time, so if something goes wrong, the burden is on you to try to get them to honor the guarantee. The website flopped. I paid them for Social media marketing. It was terrible. The articles they wrote were fraught with grammatical errors, poor spelling, and said nothing about the products. I paid money for SEO and I had to beg them time and again for work on the site which in many cases was never done. In July of 2021, they “convinced” me that an App in conjunction with the website was just the thing I needed to boost my website. Another guarantee was written up....I still have it in writing…and work began. I was told that it would take no more than 6 months to complete and only $6000 dollars. 18 months and $18000 later, the app is still not done and my website has been shutdown. My guarantees are apparently worthless and my efforts to recoup any money have fallen on deaf ears. Again many of the people involved in the completion of the app are no longer employed at ALD. I have been promised a portion of the monev but onlv on their timeline. I have also been promised the files to my website so that I can take it elsewhere. Now I can't get them to talk about it. They don’t answer calls or emails. The timeline THEY set has not been honored. If you want to do business with ALD be aware that they have super slick sales people who constantly have their hand in your pocket. They write guarantees that are essentially worthless and they have cornered the market on delay tactics. All of this is backed up in writing. I have not exaggerated. This is the short story of many months of physical and mental anxiety and illness brought on by these events. I do not have the money to sue. This has become the only recourse.

I never received what I paid for. I was sent random logos in random formats. I did not receive the promised print logos, t-shirt logos, etc. Edit: After posting this review the company reached out to me almost immediately (even though their reply said they “had no record of my purchase”). On July 18th I received the promised stationary files. They were still trying to upsell me and have me remove my original review prior to delivering my product. My original order was on April 25th. The overall product was OK, the communication and sales tactics were not OK.

I reached out to American Logo Designers for help with just that, a logo for my new company. I had a very detailed conversation with Frank and within just a few days had many logo drawings to look at. I feel they did a great job at listening to what I wanted. After reviewing I asked for two different options to be modified, which they promptly did. Problems then started when they wanted much more money for copyrighting the logo. There was never any talk of additional fees for this and they acted as if it was included in what I had to pay upfront. They then got frustrated with me for not wanting to pay at least 2 times more for the copyright then I did for the original fee. 5 or 6 phone calls a day to try to belittle me. I did a simple Google search and found the company American Logo Designers. I did a little research on their website and liked their work so I decided to purchase a package with a few add ons to the logo. I began working with a designer who at first was very eager to work with me and tried to sell me a complete website and then copy writing on my logo. I told them at this time I was not going to be spending anymore money but would consider a website in the future. Weeks went by after this, responses from the company were days if not a week or more apart. At 7 weeks I requested a refund since I still had not received the files that I paid for. At this point I had two other employees reach out to me. With the help of these employees another 4 weeks went by but 11 weeks later I have finally received all of the files that I paid for. If you are in a hurry for work to be done, I wouldn’t recommend this company. I am however happy with the completed work but am not happy about the time frame it took. I was also asked to remove my original review several times which I agreed to do once I had received the final files. However, I decided it was also important to give a full picture review of what a pain this process was. So this is my edited review. Michele solved my problems after about a month but I am happy with her service and appreciate her getting the work done and the files finally sent to me.

I am still waiting for my letterheads and stationary that I was told I would recieve. Based on that; I took down my original review calling it a scam because someone reached out to me and said they would correct the issue but it has been over a month and I don't have the rest of my business tools. This is unacceptable. I paid over $200.
