Excellent very happy with my purchase and fast delivery

I ordered some heated gloves. Paid for them right away through PayPal. After waiting 5 days, I finally get a tracking #. After 8 days the tracking # still showed it hadn't been shipped. I contacted "support" to see if there was a mistake. They told me it would take up to 15 days. I waited the 15 days. Tracking # still showed it hadn't been shipped. It's now been 21 days since the shipping label was created and it still hasn't been shipped, and of course no one from "support" will answer. This is a guy or group of guys that know how to build a web page, the place items on their page at a marked up price and order the stuff from China, and drop ship it to you. I ordered from them cause it said they were an American based company and I didn't want to wait 2 months for it to come from China. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Go to a reputable site or order it from wish or other Chinese companies.

Their service is terrible, I offered to pay restocking of 15% on a return shirt that don’t fit and they still won’t send the address I need to ship to !!

Your products are great. They were gifts and my husband was overwhelmed with them.

I've been a customer for 2 years now and their leather goods are awesome like their Bickers vest, coats are excellent quality. I've also recommend their Bickers Sunglasses, See for your self. The Hoodies were dynamite. They have great frazzis like my family name "ALLEN'S Blood runs threw these veins. Team ALLEN Life time Member. All theses items were on the upper Grade level. I am looking at to check out more like the leather Bickers bags for my Harley. Your trested Friend

I ordered 2 corsets and after receiving them I was really Disappointed .... the quality was not up to parr and the fit was really bad... and just to put Into perspective I am 5’5 at 130lbs .. when I returned them I never heard from the again... we went back n forth at first as to the proper process to do the return .... I returned the corsets in the week fallowing receiving them in the original packaging complete with all tags that were still attached and original pouter packaging as well ... it cost me almost as Much to return them as it was to purchase them only to lose what I spent in the long run.... I do NOT recommend this company at all ... no communication what so ever after getting the info I needed to do the return... as far as I’m Concerned that’s fraud... customer service was next to non existent.... do not order!!!

I am a new customer to ALR. First let me tell you about myself. I am a mature gay man who has been riding about 30 years. I only ride as I donated my car to charity in 2015 to reduce my carbon footprint. I don't necessarily fit completely into the biker "type" but I love my bike, the wind, the freedom, and the independence I feel when I ride just like any other biker. I learned about ALR via a Facebook ad and, though I was wary, decided to order new saddle bags for Piglet, my bike, and 2 pairs of retro/steampunk sunglasses. The saddle bags arrived in about 2 weeks, give or take a few days, and we're a little smaller than my old zipper top ones. The large flap top and easier quick release closures on my new ones, though, provide just about the same interior storage space so I think they will work out well. I have not yet received my sunglasses but look forward to their arrival. I'm not in a big rush so I'm enjoying the anticipation. Sometimes instant gratification is overrated. It's like the anticipation of Christmas or a vacation. If you let yourself see it as part of the experience, it can be as much a pleasure as when the item(s) arrive and you get to open them. You get me? Anyway, I had no problem getting answers to my inquiries regarding my orders status via email. Their representative(s) replies were prompt, friendly, and informative. I have not, therefore, had reason to call them but, for the disgruntled reviewers who whined about not being able to reach them, get over it, Dudes, take a few deep breaths and remember you are not the center of the universe. If you ride your bike like that I expect I'll be seeing your obituary sooner than later. You can be an old biker or bold biker but you can't be both. Take a few minutes to think about that. I gave the review 4 stars because I think there is always room for improvement. The website is a little busy and slow to load which makes navigation mildly annoying but, patience is a virtue that is sometimes hard for the very young to grasp, so let it load, browse around, and see if you can find that treasure for which you've been looking. If you're not satisfied I am sure the folks at ALR will do all they can to make it right. But, if you're just looking for someone to kiss your behind, maybe you need to seek help of a different sort. I know I will continue to keep ALR on hand for future purchases as I think we have a similar philosophy. Getting from here to there doesn't have to suck if you take the time to look around, maybe burn a bowl, and enjoy the ride. It'll be over before you know it. Peace, Lincoln AKA: Danny's Boy
