I gave it 5 stars because they work with me and fixed the problem. I originally purchased a windshield pouch for my Harley. The pouch was deformed and couldn’t be used. I was very upset at first because I hate having to deal with any customer service. I send an email to customer service and explained my issue. They responded right away and gave me different options for a solution. I have to admit that the customer service was the way it supposed to be. Very professional and quick to respond back. I’ve read some bad reviews about their customer service.... I did not experience that. I ended up buying a windshield pouch somewhere else but ended up with Motorcycle glasses which were very good quality. I would buy from them again.

I definitely keep ordering from here. Took a little for them to mail. But got here when it said it would. Great product thanks

This has not been a good experience. It took way too long to get my order and customer support is non-existent. I've written three times and have received not a whisper of a response. They do though continue to send me ads. Update. Finally got enough of a response to get the product sent back. I was assured my return of the purchase price would be personally handled and promptly returned. That didn't happen. A week after they received the returned product I contacted them and received the usual sorry, sorry, sorry. They then processed my refund. Seems they tried really hard to do everything wrong.

Business is in China. There is nothing American about American Legend Rider. I do my best to buy from companies in the United States. I paid the extra for expedited shipping thinking it was coming from the U.S. It was not. Currently 11 days in and my order is sitting in a shipping center in China. There was no purpose in paying the extra shipping fee as it will take the exact same amount of time. I was duped to think this was an American Company and that when you pay for expedited you get your products faster.

The quality of the products is superior, and the service is top knoch.

Good service.... Nice customer service and very helpful... My order was late but after contacting them they replied with reassuring my order was on the way and it arrived not long after..all in all I am very impressed with them... My order arrived 4 days after there interventions.. I was very happy with this ... I will be ordering again soon

I had purchased an item back in April and due to Covid the delivery was delayed 3 months. Other than the delayed delivery, the product itself is very nice. I would purchase again.

I recently purchased a womens vest and it wasnt true to size. I cant get anyone to answer at Customer Service and no one has responded to email. All I want is to return the vest and be refunded.
