AMH Homes replaced/upgraded my faulty sink within a reasonable timeframe. The maintenance technician I believe his name was Shawn, was incredibly nice, clean, professional, and communicated well about eta. I don’t understand the low reviews from other tenants. If I could give him six stars, I would!

We had an issue with our air not coming on even though the thermostat said it was on and I made the request that morning at 5 and when their office opened Ashley P made sure to get our request in and someone was out here at 10:30 and it was fixed by a little after 11. Thank you Ashley P
