Ok but some safety concerns
We’ve rented multiple homes from AMH am overall it’s been a good experience. Maintenance kinda sucks but our biggest complaint is they list the house on their website and put a sign in your yard a whole month before you move out. We have had numerous strangers pull up and try to come in the house to look. It’s a very unsafe practice and it needs to stop!!
