I have a 26 inch head ordered a 3xl it is the largest size they have for the Marlow, i was a bit leary but, took a chance, GLAD i did! Also glad it came with hat sizers! Surprisingly the 3xl Marlow was BIG on MY knoggin! I was so happy i almost cried, i dont find many hats that actually fit my george Lopez head, very often, and for it to actually be a BIT too big.. still, i recommend staying true to size. TLOCK, you and me are in the same boat. Freaking Big Heads are tough. So many companies dont make big hats for big heads. So I am grateful that I work for a company that does.
