If I could give a 0, I would. I never leave negative reviews until now. Please don't join American Greetings online. They cheat you and charge you even when you cancel within the trial period. They also kied about the fee when I called. It is not $6.99 as I was told but $29.99. Customer Service is horrible and we are fighting this unfair and dishonest charge. Awful company with very poor reviews on Yelp, too. Buyer Beware!

Thus company will be out of business SOON!!! - website is horrible, no way to renew membership. - called and representative spoke little ENGLISH - told me to renew on line! - told rep 4 times. I tried numerous to renew on line, but couldn't -Rep too lazy to take credit card information - Argued with me!!!

It's a wonderful service, WHEN it works, but if you have any trouble logging in or sending a card, the customer support is virtually worthless. Maybe maybe two or three days later you get what I believe is a bot with instructions on how to login and those instructions are worthless. I had the service for a year, and was logged out at least three times and could never get satisfactory response. Someone in this company needs to step up to the plate and get these deficiencies fixed.

American Greetings, while they do send notices of upcoming renewals, do not mention the ridiculous price that, were it provided, would be a definite point-of-persuasion to cancel! It simply is not worth that price, especially if it is not used much. It's a waste of money!!

There is no option to customize the name of the recipient unless it is listed in their drop down menu. For example, I wanted a card for my friend Lil but that isn't an option

I have been extremely happy with a subscriptions for years, today I’m ready to cancel. Instead of letting me copy a link for texting, etc a card was sent to a list of people I did not want to have the card. There was no previous information explaining this to me.

REALLY disappointed in the subscription process. Seems a bit deceptive how they make the option to unsubscribe obscure. I would not recommend them as there are many other reputable companies offering the same service and a significantly better customer experience.

I signed up for a free trial as was clearly advertised on their website at the time. When a lot of the people I tried sending a card too never received it, I stopped the trial. I was charged for the whole year and they refused to refund. Beware this company practices.
