Was told it was like a credit card and the first 90 days was free interest. Come to find out they want to take almost 4 times amount than what was discussed out of my bank account. Called many times to try and resolve the issues and nothing was resolved. I wouldn't even suggest this company to my worst enemy.

American First Finance has been a resource that has been helpful to me in this current administration which we live in. I highly recommend them if you need any financing assistance.

Called to get account info since this is my first time using American First Finance. I wanted to make my own payments and not have American First debit my account. I also asked if my due date could be moved to the 5th of the month since we are paid monthly. I was told that the date could not change until I made my first payment and did I want to make it now. I told her at least 3 times, no, we get paid at the end of the month. We used American First because we were told it was 90 days same as cash. I was told that our account was not 90 days same as cash. This company is not very customer service oriented!

Bullshit fine print - will garnish from your bank without your permission

Very unprofessional company. They send you paper work to your phone to have you read knowing you can not read it good cause how small the print is. They also say you have to ask for a payoff statement after you paid off your account, after 30 days. They say because you used a bank account and then they tell you because you used a bank account that is why you have to wait. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very high interest rights.
