You are requesting a payment before 30 days. I one borrow money to repair something, that means they are reaching out for financial help. Now asking to repay $431 in 21 days doesn’t seem fair. At least give me 45-60 days for first payment

Having issues with payment and deposit.

Didn’t work for me !! I ended up not going thru with it because the interest rates if you didn’t pay off in three months . If you make small monthly payments until it’s payed off you will pay three times as much of what it’s worth .

WELL THE INTEREST WAS TO HIGH, I'VE FINANCE FURNITURE FROM YOU BEFORE, I PAID IT OFF, I FIGURE I SHOULD'VE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL, THE FURNITURE WAS ONLY $599, BUT YOU SAYING I HAVE A CONTRACT FOR A YEAR, AND PAYING EVERY TWO WEEKS $160 SOMETHING DOLLARS THAT'S TO MUCH

Customer service is terrible, making payments is difficult and selection of merchandise is minimal 👇🏽

The fact that they approved me so quickly and the store they approved me from calls me at least two times a day. So I called American first and they told me I have 90 days to pay the full amount of the jewelry I bought if not they give you a 12 month payment plan and at the end of the 12 months the $1400 item that I was buying becomes $3087 that is a ridiculous amount of finance charges. Bottom line I have not bought anything and I probably won’t.

I called and set up something where I could pay it all off and the next thing you know they took my payment out after giving me a date to pay that date. Why would you take my payment out if I'm paying it off? They should have stopped payment. And then had me pay it on that certain date. Now that messes the interest up after we did what we discussed.

Called to get account info since this is my first time using American First Finance. I wanted to make my own payments and not have American First debit my account. I also asked if my due date could be moved to the 5th of the month since we are paid monthly. I was told that the date could not change until I made my first payment and did I want to make it now. I told her at least 3 times, no, we get paid at the end of the month. We used American First because we were told it was 90 days same as cash. I was told that our account was not 90 days same as cash. This company is not very customer service oriented!
