American Federal Coin & BullionReviews of americanfederal.com

I spoke to several other dealers and found that American Federal is excellent in every way. The key for me was honesty and ease of transaction. My agent was and is J.P. Blanchard and he followed through with everything he said he would do. He made it simple for me to say, 'yes'. I would definitely call him again and refer my clients and friends to American Federal. Everything was handled to perfection.

I had a wonderful & friendly conversation with JP. He called to the discuss the materials he had recently mailed to me and offered a recommendation followed with an explanation. As a first-time gold investor, I appreciated this. JP was very helpful & patient while answering my questions. He gave me an overview of AMFED & provided security tips. It was a very good experience! Thanks JP!!!

Michele Sapero was very helpful and friendly.

As a first-time buyer of bullion, I was understandably a little reluctant and hesitant to get my feet wet. I had called other firms and was put off by their attitude. They sounded like they were doing me a favor by even talking to me, and stipulating in a very condescending manner that they had "minimum purchase requirements" for even letting me in the door, which ranged from $2K to $2.5K. Can you imagine? What a turn-off for someone just wanting some answers to questions. Thankfully, I found AmFed. Not only were they nearby, but the staff (Michele, in particular) was outstanding, making me feel welcome, answering all my questions, and presenting a number of options for purchasing bullion. I am a lifelong fan now. I will be returning to AmFed as soon as I can. Thank you!

Helping me with my gold buy was very very helpful since l have never owned any precious metal.

The person Karl, I deal with is always friendly and patient, always cares for All my orders and always follows up afterwards to make sure my address and info on my orders are correct! Also the lady who directs my call is friendly as well, I look forward in doing business with AmFed for now on and won't go elsewhere, I cannot think of mentioning any comments on improving the way they do things, since I am satisfied!
