Was able to do a over the phone…
Was able to do a over the phone "handshake agreement". Very responsive an got us the coins we wanted. Great book on what to avoid. A must read.

Enjoyed talking with the owner several years back on the phone. Have bought a few items (bullion) and service was good over the last several years. Would like more offers (numismatic coins) via mail or email unless this is not a policy for customers on a somewhat limited budget.

Better than most but I should not be able to find a better deal on my own. A pro should be able to beat any novice at pricing out a deal.
