This company made a huge mistake and they still want me to pay for something I don’t have! They will only refund or replace items as a courtesy.

Obviously I will start with saying that they are not worth 1 rating. I have ordered 3 pairs of jeans worth AUD 200 on 24th of July, and after a month (3 days short), and a thread consisting of 11 emails, and four unsolved tickets, on 21st of August 2024, they declared that the package is untraceable and started a refund which is going to happen in 10 days. They know that they lost the package on 7th August, but they made me wait for 15 days to even update the actual status. this is the best example of how your ecommerce should not be.

Artikel besteld en iets anders binnen gekregen! 10x heen gemaild en steeds dezelfde automatische reactie gekregen, foto’s opsturen en dan afwachten, na een tijdje mailen ze dan dat het is opgelost. Er is niks opgelost ik heb nog steeds mijn bestelde artikel niet of m’n geld terug en een lelijk trui die ik niet heb besteld! Super slechte klantenservice!!

I am 16 bought a pair of jeans they sent me the wrong pair of dreams of waiting for 10 days £10 delivery fee opened up the pair of jeans complete wrong jeans and someone’s personal information inside on a piece of paper sent them back waited 10 days for my refund basically chucked £10 out of the window do you not buy from this website

Horrible experience recently. Ordered a few items and one was not included in the package even though it was on the shipping label. Company has not been responding to my emails and I'm assuming this will never be resolved. Leaves and awful taste receiving such bad customer service.

Inventories not accurate. You will end up disappointed. You thought you are expecting the item but it is not there. Also the free shipping is just a show as they will cancel one item so your shipping is not free. Im staying away from this company.

We went to their store in Glendale, Arizona, and they had a man at the door, who demanded to know what we were going to buy. We told him we needed to look around to see if there was anything we wanted. Refused to let us in without detailing exactly what we would buy. We are retired, and not some punks looking to steal. Never heard of such conduct at any store, and we turned around and left, never to return. We talked about it later, and got the impression that he was enjoying himself acting like a jerk.

Hello i hava place an order with 4 items for France i have receive the parcel. One of the item as a HOLE (a sweat) !!! I asked a refund or replacement ... they ask me to SEND back the sweatshirt in USA and I have to pay for return the ITEM. (the sweat cost 49USD. I have to pay 45 USD to send back the bad item .....
