American Digital StudiosReviews of americandigitalstudios.com

Our web hosting agreement with webcreations was coming to an end in a couple months, thank goodness. Our website was a disaster and getting help from support was nearly impossible so I decided to look for another host. I found American Digital Studios through Google so I gave them a call and spoke to Alex. At first I was just looking for a new host and someone who could help us out when our website goes down. This turned into a brand new website. I honestly had a little doubt, in the beginning, that this website would be up and running flawlessly by Oct 1st. Alex and I were constantly in contact either by phone, text, email, or video call so he can give me updates and ask me questions and for me to provide info to him that he needed. Alex and his team blew me away with their attention to detail, high sense of urgency and being able to deliver. We went live with our brand new website 7 days ahead of schedule. A multi page website with 101 products with 4 super clear photos of each and a whole lot of other extras. If you want a great website with the support to back it, you need to speak to Alex at American Digital Studios. You wont be let down. This was an investment I am so happy we made.

I had a great experience working together with this company. I had never thought that my idea would be taken as seriously as Alex took it. He was very good at explaining how he was going about building everything with me. My whole thought for a app idea that I had. He actually created the beginning stages of it and put so much hard work into the platform and presented what it could be. And was willing to even help me with trying to present it to hopeful investors. Cause I didn't have the money to actually get it launched. He was very supportive in helping me take it to the next step. But unfortunately I ended up backing out because of my own fear of failing him. He had already put so much work into my app idea. I was to worried I couldn't get the funding for him to proceed. I definatly recommend him and his company. He really made me feel like my idea was a great idea to have out there for an app. The way he walked me through everything that he was doing to make sure it was all my idea. Was great. Before he had called me I had gotten calls from other company's that were very eager to want my app idea. But I didn't feel that I could trust them like I felt with Alex. He right away showed me that he was a very real person. And he still wanted to help me even though I didn't have money up front. I wished I would have cause I do strongly believe we would have been a good team. Hes not a scam at all. These guys are real.

Do not associate nor do any kind of business with American Digital Studios. I started working with American Digital Studios in June of 2024; My intensions was simple; to build a website; During this time; I observed service failures such as failing to deliver functional and finished websites; not meeting design expectations and providing poor or unprofessional customer service; extra fees for services that would not have been included; American Digital Studios constantly invented new fees through their BATE AND SWITCH TACTICS; let alone their deception and high pressure business schemes; American Digital Studios always said I owned what I BOUGHT; but that was false; they put everything in their name; therefore; they (American Digital Studios) technically owned everything that I purchased; I managed to escape from their grasp and was left with my domains of TJ brands; all other things that they said were delivered; were apathetic and made very little sense; I sincerely hope this review will reach a myriad of people doing their due diligence of the mentioned company and their delinquent conduct. P.S. American Digital Studios had me write a review before signing over the websites; I wrote a review but did not write the one that is on trust pilot; take that for what its worth; I hope everyone has a great journey in their endeavor with other webmasters/ designers

Redesigning our business website was essentially like flipping an old house. They stripped out our outdated, bulky code and put in a streamlined framework. The project ended up taking an extra week to finalize the mobile optimization, but the end result looks incredibly sharp and loads instantly.

Our company site was running on an ancient template that was dragging down our mobile traffic. Handing it over to them was like bringing in a digital contractor. We had a slight miscommunication regarding the contact form layout, but they pushed an update the next day and sorted it out completely.

Our old website looked like a relic from 2010 and was actively hurting our conversion rate. Hiring them was like bringing in a digital interior designer. They rebuilt our landing pages from scratch. We had a minor disagreement over the initial font choices, but they pivoted quickly and the final site loads beautifully.

Handing over our company's website redesign was a big leap of faith. They acted like digital architects, restructuring our messy navigation into something logical. The initial mockups were a bit too generic for us, but they quickly adapted the styling after our first zoom call.

Handing over your website redesign to a third party is always a bit nerve-wracking. They took our messy concepts and streamlined them into a clean, functional layout. There were a couple of minor revisions needed on the contact form, but they handled the tweaks almost immediately.
