Do not associate nor do any kind of business with American Digital Studios. I started working with American Digital Studios in June of 2024; My intensions was simple; to build a website; During this time; I observed service failures such as failing to deliver functional and finished websites; not meeting design expectations and providing poor or unprofessional customer service; extra fees for services that would not have been included; American Digital Studios constantly invented new fees through their BATE AND SWITCH TACTICS; let alone their deception and high pressure business schemes; American Digital Studios always said I owned what I BOUGHT; but that was false; they put everything in their name; therefore; they (American Digital Studios) technically owned everything that I purchased; I managed to escape from their grasp and was left with my domains of TJ brands; all other things that they said were delivered; were apathetic and made very little sense; I sincerely hope this review will reach a myriad of people doing their due diligence of the mentioned company and their delinquent conduct. P.S. American Digital Studios had me write a review before signing over the websites; I wrote a review but did not write the one that is on trust pilot; take that for what its worth; I hope everyone has a great journey in their endeavor with other webmasters/ designers

Stay Far Away !!! Hired them “Alex” for 3 websites paid in full 2 ran for a while then they stopped one they never did .. lawsuit pending!

I have been left high and dry by this company! I trusted Jason and paid so much money to have them maintain my website. My website is no longer up and running and I can't even access it!The phone numbers and emails I communicate with them from, have all been cut off and no one will respond. My website is GONE! After a year of struggling with my so many issues I have NOTHING. Imagine paying THOUSANDS of dollars only to wake up one day to realize you have to completely start from scratch. I'm so heartbroken. In response to American Digitals' recent reply. First, I appreciate the professionalism in responding to me. However, this response came 5 WEEKS after my website was shut down, not DAYS as your reply states. Today is March 21st and my site STILL doesn't work. Your reply states is would be working March 20th. Again, not true. On another note, I have had my site hacked 2 times now. I have paid THOUSANDS to have my site built and maintained and had to pay EXTRA even after the first 'hack'. Even paid EXTRA again for a different website name because the first name was no longer accepted by social media due to the first 'hack'. There has been SOOOO many wrongs with my website and again, my site is STILL not working. I will agree that they reached out. I got texts (conveniently from the same numbers that were 'cut off' when I tried to reach out to someone in the beginning of this mess) Again, this was 5 WEEKS LATER (5 weeks of ZERO RESPONSE, 5 WEEKS of thinking this company shut their doors, 5 WEEKS of no contact, 5 WEEKS of stress and worry). Do not be fooled in to thinking this was just a few days. This was 5 weeks of zero contact and the contact came ONLY after my review was posted. Again, March 21st and it's still not working. As you can read from their reply, it was supposed to be up and running again on March 20th. I will update this review when and if something were to change, but if you are looking for a company to build and maintain your website, this has been my experience.
