My sales person was very patient and answered all my questions in extreme detail. He sent me to websites, would email me answers to all my inquiries. I did a lot of research and felt 100% confident I made the right decision. Being a very meticulous person I needed to be reassured that American Bullion was looking out for my best interest. When I converted one of my IRA's to gold they were there every step of the way and made it easy. I would highly recommend American Bullion to anyone thinking about converting an IRA or just purchasing gold in general. They explained all the options and wanted to always make sure I felt comfortable in making my decision.

I set up a Precious Metal IRA through them. The set up process went great but when it came to actually buying the gold to put into the account things quickly went bad. First they tried to talk me into buying something I did not want. When that did not work, they gave me a price that was $153.34 per gold coin over their own websites price. They had me cornered and I felt I had to accept it in order to get the metal into the IRA.

You had two weeks to choose the metals for your IRA. Against our pickings, you said you felt comfortable with your choice of metals because you had done your research, and we filled your order. American Bullion does not list prices on its website, but you said in your review that you saw a price on our website. This was a mistake on your part.
