Thank You Phil for all your help.

Rep kept bashing previous representative, but overly apologetic for things out of his control (started to get annoying). The proposal does not reflect everything it was verbally discussed (e.g., use of the cash within my account). Additionally, it is reflected in the invoice that was sent.

Good to work with. Would have liked a little more time to review documents so I might have asked more questions to get better clarity.

My experience with American Bullion was very good. I am very thankful to Phil who treated me with exemplary professionalism, yet he was also personable and put me, a novice, at ease. He took the time to walk me through tables and graphs and answered all of my questions. He invited me to not hesitate to call if, in the future, I had any questions about the coins I purchased. I learned a lot while navigating the excellent company's website that includes links to other websites. I will continue to visit those from time to time as things quickly change in the domain of precious metals. My only regret is not having carefully examined the transaction agreement before signing. As a novice, I learned things in there after the fact that, in my opinion, I should have understood before signing. I am happy with my purchase.

Purchased my 1st gold IRA with very little knowledge of this type of investment. My agent/salesman, Adam Duboff was very patient with my questions and thoughts. I am thankful for his willingness to take on a novice. Hopefully we can both gain richness through our transactions and decisions.
