American BullionReviews of americanbullion.com

I was interested in learning about Gold Bullion for some time. I received an email reply and phone call from Mark Davison after sending an email about them. He was very clear about the process and efficient in his delivery. If he wasn't sure about some of my questions, he referred me to others that could answer the questions. Mark was very efficient and thorough with each step needed to complete the sales. I feel if I have any questions I can always give him a call in which per usual he will answer very promptly.

The representative conducted himself in a professional manner and was very courteous. I have just opened and account with American Bullion, and I have found the representative actually takes his time to explain the transactions, and follows up in a very timely manner. My calls were also returned almost immediately and I found the representative to be highly available, taking time to answer questions and not 'rush' me through the process of opening an account.

I found Mark at American Bullion to be helpful, straightforward and efficient. The rules and costs were all up front and the transaction was monitored right to my doorstep. I'll bet Mark is a helicopter parent.

I got a great price on exactly what I wanted with great customer service. Good luck if you're looking for better.

My rep Phil went above and beyond! He was very knowledgable about the product and was extremely helpful! He patiently helped me nativigate over the phone where I needed to go on the website and which forms needed to be signed. I wanted to open a gold Ira for sometime but I didn't know how to go about it. I found the website somehow by accident. Your rep Phil was there every step of the way and just helped make the process so easy, which helped eliminate any stress I originally felt. I will refer this product to others and recommend Phil. Thank again!!!

Evan is very knowledgeable in the products that he has to offer. He is very professional and treats his clients with respect. This is not a high pressure operation but they are persistent.

We learned a lot from Ron Vale, who was very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful to us in our purchase of gold/silver. It is not an easy transition from a retirement account, there is a lot to learn and understand. Like I told Ron, I had not thought much about gold other than my gold charm bracelets??? I am sure we will have many future questions for Ron, especially in the fast paced economic situations as they develop day to day.

Very kind and professional.5 stars for me.
