As a grandmother with two grandsons, 4 and 6 years old, and my son living with me, I have a very busy household! So, I have much appreciation and respect for my representative, Phil Owens, who went above and beyond with my schedule and personal disorganization to assist me. Let me explain. He took the time and patience to help me understand the higher, premium price I had paid for coins rather than bullion. He showed me how American Bullion could help me. My experience with American Bullion was very good. I am very thankful to Phil who treated me with exemplary professionalism, yet he was also personable and put me, a novice, at ease. He took the time to walk me through tables and graphs and answered all of my questions. He invited me to not hesitate to call if, in the future, I had any questions about the coins I purchased. I learned a lot while navigating the excellent company's website that includes links to other websites. I will continue to visit those from time to time as things quickly change in the domain of precious metals. My only regret is not having carefully examined the transaction agreement before signing. As a novice, I learned things in there after the fact that, in my opinion, I should have understood before signing. I am happy with my purchase.
