I had seen mixed reviews from people when it came to ordering items from here, but I had a wonderful experience. My item shipped in 24 hours from placing the order and I received the item exactly a week later. Overall the experience was great and the customer service is fantastic as well!

poor service. I ordered my book supposedly shipped. A duplicate order was placed and I keep getting emails to complete my order even though I already placed one and the book supposedly shipped. No tracking, no one answers emails, messages or phone calls. Calling Capital one to cancel charges.

I received my book very quickly. Very happy with my purchase. Friendly customer service when I reached out to them about details. No issues with order. Thx ABW!

I ordered what I thought was a new Bible, but I received a used one instead. I wasn't expecting that. It was to be a gift for a friend, and I was already late in getting it to her. I was upset as I didn't understand how this could have happened. I emailed customer service and they explained they sell used books, but I don't recall seeing that when making my decision to purchase it. They emailed me back and said they were sorry for the confusion and that they would refund my money and I could keep the used Bible. I certainly wasn't expecting that reply. They didn't have to do that, but it was an act of kindness that I will never forget. The customer isn't always right for which I apologize. I will definitely consider doing business with them again. I have already told others of my experience and they were surprised as well. I respect a business who stands behind their products and reputation. My Prayer is that your business will continue to grow as you acted in good faith and I very much appreciate that. Kind Regards, Barb G.

First, my book was available in the form I wanted hard cover at a great price. The ordering process is easy and short. The book was sent the day promised and received in perfect shape. I highly recommend American Book Warehouse. JDR
