I had an issue with the copy of the book that was sent to me. The customer service department was quick and courteous. They offered me several options and mailed out a new copy ASAP. I’m happy with the final result!

I am a first time customer to ABW. They had a semi-rare book I've been looking for, and placed my order straight away. After a week I hadn't received my tracking email, so I emailed them to request it. Turns out, it was out of stock after all. ABW kept in communication with me from start to finish and in a very timely manner. I was offered a full refund (with a discount for a next purchase) and a sincere apology along with the option for them to source the book for me. I chose to wait and see if they would be able to still get me the book. It didn't take long, maybe a few weeks, to get the news they found my book and it was on its way with a tracking number. I did receive my book around Christmas which made it almost magical! Again, communication was consistent throughout this entire process. I never felt like I was being ignored, irrelevant or bothersome. I was treated with respect, importance and offered options. I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received, and how professional and genuinely a heart-warming human experience I was provided over the internet. The used book I ordered arrived on time and in great condition. I didn't recieve a tracking number; however, upon emailing customer support I was updated quickly. They then reached out to follow up verifying I had recieved my item.

This is a scammer, I’m afraid. Took my money but book was never sent. I will update this review if I the book ever arrives.

Ordered a book, paid extra for faster shipping, took over a month to arrive, was ignored multiple times when I asked to send it back as the date when I needed it had passed.
