Great product , would recommend to anyone . Only thing i didnt like was told it was being shipped xpo an showed up fedex an xpo an driver never called me to meet for delivery . Luckily i was able to move product indoors that day or would have been ruined from sitting outside . Other then that no complaints .

Quality of the products is excellent. Quality control......we did receive several trim pieces which were damaged, Both times we ordered. We had to order additional trim, which also came with some significant damage. It was not worth the hassle to return them and order and possibly shipping costs, because we were able to place those pieces behind the vanity, so they weren't seen. A different scenario, could have been a time costly mistake.

Carrie, I apologize for not meeting your exceptions with regards to the molding. I reviewed this review with my team and explained how important it is to have things right the first time. Best regards, Bob

All good, except some damaged ends/corners.

Our beadboard has not been installed yet, delayed by window production issues. The beadboard received seems a quality product and will fit our needs well. The delivery of forty-five 30" pieces by Fedex showed corner damage to 12 of the 45 pieces. It looks like two of the 9 boxes were dropped on a box corner in transit. Fortunately we don't need all 30" so will cut off the damages without impact to our project. However, suggest the end pieces of packaging be evaluated for durability.

The buying experience was fine. The product looks great. Cant give a complete review at this time as I have not installed yet.

I'm very satisfied with my order. My project is partially complete and it looks great so far. I think shipping is a bit overpriced but I did receive my package in a timely manner and in good condition. Overall, I'm highly satisfied and would purchase from them again.

Ashley, thanks for the review. One of the challenges with our high quality beadboard is that it is 5/8" thick and weighs a lot so shipping can seem expensive. We work closely with FedEx Ground and UPS Ground to get the best pricing and we pass these rates directly on to our customers.

Nice quality headboard and will look great in our kitchen. Packaging could have been better - many corners were damaged, so we couldn’t use the full board. Some padding on corners could have prevented this.

We ship all our beadboard panels in double walled corrugated cardboard and most of the time there are no issues. We stand behind our shipments and if there is damage we would replace the panels. We have reached out to Rachel to see if we could be of any further assistance.

Really happy with the quality of the product, cuts nice and cleanly, takes paint well. The product made my installation look like I was a pro. The customer service help was very knowledgeable, open and honest about the product, based upon our discussion of my installation she was able to save me some money by suggesting alternatives. Only down side was the shipping costs, but had I gone to a local lumberyard or big box store I won't have gotten any of the things I mentioned above. Now that I think about it the shipping cost is worth every penny for the quality alone.
