American Alarm is AMAZING!!
The company is extremely friendly and caring. They will come out to you and do a consultation to determine exactly what you need (no cookie cutter stuff like other alarm companies). They offer everything you could imagine, including special hardwired cameras that you can monitor using their app. And trust me, they use all the cutting edge alarm system technology; no shortcuts or outdated technology. I was already familiar with American Alarm because the bank I used to work for used them and they were always AMAZING! Anything you need, just call them and they will take care of you. American Alarm touts a 20 second alarm response; however, I know that 20 seconds is the rare exception; they really do respond instantaneously. I think it's more like 5 to 10 seconds. I honestly do swear by American Alarm. My family and I sometimes have to go on long trips and it pays not to be constantly worried about our home. I used to feel very uncomfortable leaving my home wide open when we weren't there; but now I don't have to worry at all.
