The experience with American Image has been fabulous. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Terri was absolutely wonderful to work with! Flexible and very responsive. Jacob was very helpful as well. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they don't accept PDF files - we had to come up with the native files which wasn't easy to do since we are a large company and locating native files is sometimes time consuming. I've worked with other companies in the past that do accept PDF's so this was a surprise. However, overall we were extremely pleased and will continue doing business with American Image.

I found American Image Display after doing some research as a result of some bad experiences with my current vendors - and I am glad I did. Their service, thoughtfulness, and follow through were very impressive. My client was very happy with the product. Job well done.
