Our proof looked much darker than our actual product. Product is good quality, just doesn't totally match the proof we saw, which matters when we're spending as much as we did on the produce.

Booth was shipped without the most current Milliman fabric/logos. Was told that this was due to someone else not returning the correct booth fabric. Freight carrier showed up before end of show and had to return at a later time. This was the fault of American Image Displays. Was not able to reach shipper at return number left on voice mail. Other than above, the experience was good - crate was waiting for me at Hotel, everything I needed was in the crate, except for instructions, but I did not need them. Show went well.

Ordered 2 pillowcase tabletop banners. 1 arrived. We ordered them on a tight timeline and they were pretty sure we'd get them in time for the show we needed (we didn't) and when it arrived only 1 banner was here. a couple emails/follow ups eventually turned up that they had only printed the 1. The second was produced and shipped directly. This would be a 4 star (can't be a 5 start due to the error) except when I asked after the situation and was told they'd look into it, I didn't get an answer until I asked them again days later (which is when I was told they'd failed to produce the 2nd banner).
