American ImageReviews of american-image.com

Michele was quick to communicate with me, and got the details of a somewhat complicated order all correct and met our tight deadlines. I did receive some misinformation about the products which was frustrating when I found different answers/info from another vendor's website -- but overall American Image was easy to work with, they paid close attention to our art in the proofing process, and the finished products look great.

Very easy to communicate with, minor graphic issues but were fixed immediately and promptly.

Everything as promised

Charles is a great vendor to work with. We had a few episodes of miscommunication but we were able to rectify the situation.

Consistently delivers great prints on time. I brought some old pop-up signs they had produced previously and they replaced the images in just a short time for me.

This is a great company to do business with. The one issue I had was I had no indication that my order had shipped until after it had shipped and I wasn't in the office to get the email letting me know that. A little better communication on that is the only suggestion I have.

Excellent quality, always on time.

Things were fine but then at the end we got an email that our card needed to be charged extra for shipping, which was disappointing. Should have at least called first.
