hi, DON'T BUY FROM THEM AT ALL...!! FRAUD COMPANY... FAKE ADDRESS... FAKE PRODUCTS..!! STEAL YOUR MONEY... ONCE PROCESSED, NEVER RETURNED..!! These guys keep changing company name & website name..!! They were doing business as Primotronix, Best Price Photo, etc before..!!! Now they are doing business as America Cameras, eDigitalUniverse ,etc. Just check their websites... americacamreras.com & edigitaluniverse.com. They are same, with same address (from London , UK but have US phone nos) They are from Brooklyn, NY , but BBB (Better Business Bureau) will not do anything with complaints. They never ships your camera, and if you are lucky enough to get it after couple of month, it will not work as they are not new & also doesn't come with what you promised..!! most of items in bundled always missing, comes with Fake Battery, etc.

I tried to order a Nikon D3300, they quoted the less price in maket place, and I tried to submit the payment through paypal and the transaction was failing even I enter the correct details, and asking to enter the card details on their site, but still I tried to enter the details and thank god, the transaction was not success (because all the financial institutions know about this fraud and kept this company block listed). I tried to call on the number posted on their site and nobody responded for that and asked to leave VM always. Finally I saved and requested bank to not process the transaction if there is any request in future.. Request you please do not trust this seller (americascameracompany.com) and not buy anything on their site.

I almost ordered from this company. I placed an order late at night on a Nikon D5500. They wouldn't charge me until next morning. Later that night I looked up this website and came here. Thank you to everyone who reviewed this company, without you, my order would have gotten through. I had to call my bank to cancel my debit card. The next day they gave me a number to call to confirm my order. I called to test them and see how they would respond. They added a battery in my order which i said i did not want and the price jumped from 520$ to 699$!!! For a battery?? This company is a scam. Do not buy from them

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! HAD ME IN TEARS AND SHAKING!! Ordered my camera from them because it was cheap, won't do that again without looking up reviews!! Starting cussing at me and hung up on me! AMERICA CAMERA COMPANY!! stay away from ordering from them.

After 6 weeks on back order, my emails about the status of my order are being ignored. I'm afraid this outfit is a scam and am worried that I gave them a credit card number.

I agree with the other reviews. This company is trying to pull a scam. They cut you off before allowing you to answer the questions they ask you and they ask for your zip code and then never verify any further info but can easily tell you that your order is still processing (which seems to take weeks!!) and each time you call the employees are rude, abrupt, and transfer you multiple times, with each employee asking the same question. I was lucky and saw the other reviews and canceled my order before they charged my card but I also canceld my card in case they still attempt to charge anything to it. I don't know how this company is still in business. The BBB should have shut down this company long ago. And as others noted, they are selling non-US cameras and it is a wholesale item so things are missing or may not be compatible with the US items you already own. Just avoid this company entirely. It is not worth the headache and hassle.
