After placing an order for a Nikon d7100 I received the email about my payment not going through, so I called and, sure enough, was sold a battery and a warranty. I then found several negative reviews of another company that might have been affiliated with these folks, so I grew a bit weary. But my camera arrived, brand new in box, and my extra battery arrived a few days later. I've now got a camera I don't have to worry about for 5 years, and I never have to worry about the battery dying. Plus, my sales rep Roger was very friendly when I called inquiring about the battery delivery date and tossed in a little bonus for the delay.

Resolved matter
Although I called yesterday and nothing was resolved, I wasn't treated respectfully or kindly, and ended up hung up on, I got a call today from Roger apologizing for what had happened, saying they're striving to build customer trust etc, and that he'd like to resolve the matter. I was offered upgrades for no additional charge to my camera (5 year warranty instead of 1 year, and a camera bag). I declined as I need a camera this weekend and can just buy one in person out of town. Also I had already called fedex and redirected the package back to them. He continued to try to make it right by offering to waive the restocking fee and refund me in full within 2-3 days of them receiving the camera back. Just what I wanted! Soon after, I was called again and told that they decided that to further make things right, they'd be happy to assume there'd be no damage to the camera while being shipped and that they'd get my refund processed right away, even before they receive the camera back. Although I was very unhappy with the trouble I went through, I do understand that there's kinks and always a learning curve in starting out a new business, and I appreciate what they've done in the end to make things right. I hope that for future customers, they improve the information on their website, and I suggest that any potential customers read their terms and conditions first (never in the check out process will you be directed to it), and talk to them about any questions you have after reading it, before you place your order.
