The Ambrosia Systems - Waterproof Blucon is absolute rubbish! The sensor itself is far too generous in dimensions for my Freestyle Libre 2 & won’t sit in place - even with 3M sticky patch & fabric armband. The elastic strap on the plastic cover keeps coming undone, & I receive annoying messages every few minutes stating “Patch not found - Make sure Night Rider is at the top of sensor” when I can’t use the sensor as it doesn’t stay in place. I also received about 1 dozen identical leaflets - which I just had to recycle, one leaflet would have sufficed!! According to Ambrosia Systems - There is no refund once product has shipped!! Please do not waste your money - like I unfortunately did!!

Faulty product and worst customer service ever. Couldn’t get it to work at first, then it worked intermittently but gave dangerously false readings compared to the libre and fingerstick. Also kept saying no readings available/signal loss despite my phone being right beside me. Fried my libre sensor. I contacted and was given a return authorization number. I sent it back and they’ve refused to pick it up from the post office p o box address that was given to return so it’s fixing to be returned to me for non delivery. Theyve ignored every message I’ve sent since they sent the return authorization.

Recieved the Blucon in excellent time however it doesn’t work and after initially responding (again swiftly) I have had no further help or correspondence! This device is a waste of time don’t waste your money as it is clearly poorly and cheaply made and they are capitalising on what should be a good idea!

Stay away from this company. Their Blucon is crappy and their customer service is even worse. Bought a waterproof version which wasnt waterproof at all. After two weeks it stopped working due to water inside. I then contacted their customer service which has been a nightmare. They ignore mails and when you use their chat function it seems like their employers are instructed to stall and the chats always ends with them wanting to send you a mail. Of course you never get that mail. I returned my defect Blucon long ago but they have been ignoring me ever since. I have given up now and bought a Miaomiao2 which is a much better product.

I wish I could give this no stars!! The product idea is great but the product itself doesn’t work. Battery life terrible and I have had 2 faulty products. One was replaced but when I asked for refund and directors they became rude and aggressive and said I was “ abusing the service” all I want is a full refund!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

dangerous, can not be trusted lasted only until the battery needed to be swapped out. great idea but poor delivery. better off with just using a libre 2 and forget this ever existed. Support know nothing more than the FAQ there is also no refund avoid avoid.

BEWARE! Product does not work and customer service is honestly one of the worst I've ever dealt with. This company has no ethics (or knowledge or confidence in their product) and preys on diabetics to spend money on cheap and defective hardware coupled with a very glitchy app. If you are reading this and nodding your head with frustration because you know what Im talking about, please report them to the BBB! (I did this - in their response they called me a liar - Luckily I sent and kept documentation of everything so if that gives you any idea of what kind of company & people this is...) Also if you're in any communities warn them about this before they lose 200 bucks and a week of their time trying to get this product to work. Too bad they make you give 1 star, these people deserve -5, they need to find a new target market to take advantage of.

Terrible, I can only see that this company has been setup to take advantage of Diabetic people’s misfortune.. poor quality product and terrible, aggressive customer service. Also impossible to get correct address details so no chance of the supposed “return and fix” avoid at all costs!!
