Professional and reliable
Our account on Amazon got blocked due to an association with another account. Trying to resolve the issue on our own got us no results and we contracted the services of Amazon Sellers Attorney. I have to admit, we were skeptical in the beginning, especially because of the full upfront payment without any success guarantee. However the process and communication with the Amazon Sellers Attorney team was really smooth and everything went fine. In the end, after multiple appeals and an escalation with the Amazon's legal department, our account got successfully reinstated and we are again able to sell our product. It took us almost 3 months, but it worked fortunately. For anyone facing similar issues, my advice is to not lose any time trying to reinstate the account on your own, as it usually doesn't bring any results. The seller support team on Amazon is terrible and gives you no useful/conflicting information. Contacting professional services from an experienced attorney from the beginning is definitely better, as they know the philosophy and expected appeal formats Amazon expects. Special thanks to Nadia for taking care of our case and getting our account back! We appreciate your support and won't hesitate to contract your services in the future, should we have other issues (although we hope not 😁 it's really unpleasant to have your account blocked).
