I am amazed at how good this went. Our business Amazon account was shut down. 😞 Now, it was entirely my fault, as I did things - not on purpose - that were against the rules. I went back and forth with Amazon 4 times and was - basically - told to pound sand. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 But, I needed my account back. We just released a best selling book. Had over 1500 orders and more coming in each day. NEEDED IT BACK. So, I google and trustpilot a bunch of places that claim to be attorneys and claim to be able to get your account back. I found one that had good reviews. The reviews could have been a scam, but there were a lot of them and my hope wanted them to not be a scam. So... I had a text consultation and they assured me they could get the account back. I - with trepidation - paid them - 🤑 - and sent them the materials they requested. 48 hours later, they sent me a letter to email to Amazon. As I said earlier, I had gone back and forth with Amazon 4 times and been told that my account was closed, the decision was final, and there was no way to re-open the account. 19 hours after sending the email my account was fully reinstated. 🥳🍾🥳🍾 Grateful to have the account back. Did not ❤️ the run around. Lesson learned. Follow the Amazon rules. Attorney is there for a reason. I only wish I had contacted them sooner.

After a long consultation period we have decided to use their service for our deactivated listing. Nadia was patient throughout whole process and put great effort to help us. This has taken long but at the end our listing was reinstated successfully! I can't thank you enough! Great job!

$1,250 and a lot of time invested. Was not even able to get a RESPONSE from Amazon that was not a template response. The issue I see here is that they are willing to take on any case, even if they know it has a near-zero probability of being resolved favorably. Of course, they will tell you they have a "75-80% success rate." The unethical thing here is them taking cases they know they won't be able to resolve. Not very consultative, more predatory.

9 months of appeals with my case , finally they escalated to direct email and a letter to Amazon , I believe it could of been sooner to send these appeals, overall they responded fast to my email inquires . Overall they did the job they were hired to to . Burford Coffee

Amazon Sellers Attorney wrote appeals that were useless. I would not recommend "Amazon Sellers Attorney" for anything related to Amazon.

My account was suspended for almost 4 months when I contacted Amazon Seller'sAttorney.They helped me throughout the process. Their whole team was very knowledgeable and helpful they always answered my all emails and calls. They were able to reinstate my account successfully, they also escalated my case as Amazon stopped responding. My Amazon account got deactivated because I had changed my business address and could not provide relevant documents within a stipulated time. I contact ASA after my first appeal got rejected the first week of June 2022. My appeal consultant Nadia overview my submitted documents in the first appeal and prepared a POA. In short, I submitted 4 POA along with required documents, and every time got rejected. Then case send to the Escalation team with POA & documents. and this time I got it back my Amazon account. With tremendous help in launching the Amazon account re-activation with diligence and hard work, I would have been able to get reinstated my account.
