I am very satisfied with their service. After mistakenly submitting a DMCA counter-notice instead of an invoice, which resulted in the suspension of my account, they helped me reinstate my seller account. They were highly knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with Amazon's legal department. They maintained regular communication with me, providing updates on the progress, and swiftly resolved the issue, leading to the restoration of my account. I am grateful for their professionalism and expertise. They are excellent!

I personally had a bad experience with…
I personally had a bad experience with this company. Besides knowing my situation they said to me they can definitely help and take care of dropshipping violation on my account. I had advised them of what amazon is asking me and I don't have the invoices as I dropship. They claimed they can resolve my issue and get the account reinstated. Then they typed the appeal. Honestly I wrote better appeal than them myself. Then you sign a form that you won't get any refund. I wasn't looking for one it the right effort was made to help me. But we got lost in the loop where amazon never responded. They said they will escalate to legal. And then nothing happened.

Dear Binny, we are sorry you lost your appeal with Amazon but there is no need to lie about your experience with us. We sent a letter to Amazon's legal department for you in April and again in May 2022, after your escalation failed, and it was Amazon's legal department that affirmed that the enforcement action taken by Amazon was correct.

Finally! Breakthrough!
After wrestling with Amazon for over three years over an unfair deactivation, I found Amazon Sellers Attorneys, with Nadia and a team willing to take up my case. Amazon Disbursement Payments Withheld
Super easy to communicate with, very responsive, super quick and not a bad price compared to other legal help out there. They obviously know what they are doing because one email later and my issue (having my Amazon payments withheld globally) was resolved within a week when I had been trying on my own for 3 months!
