Max was incredible to work with. He is very attentive and patient. He has been guiding me through this process for a couple weeks now. Max is very knowledgeable of his job, and he went beyond the scope of his job to help me with communication via my computer. Thanks Max

I spoke to Mr James Perez, and he professionally and expertly took me through the process at Amazon Plus, for publishing a book. I am extremely impressed with this person, he dedicated additional time to explain aspects of my questions and emailed me straight away to confirm my details. This person is an absolute tribute to the professional front that Amazon Plus have on their chat option. I cannot rate Amazon Plus and Mr James Perez highly enough, and would unequivocally recommend Amazon Plus to Authors.

I was first working with Harvey. He never explained anything, I was always the one who had to ask questions and inquire about everything that was going on. Then he started not responding and ghosting me. It took me weeks to reach the company for them to finally disclose he was no longer worker there. Not once did anyone tell me or find someone else to take over my project. After complaining, they handed me off to Richard. At the start he was doing great and being super helpful. However the same thing started to happen. No one was answering. He scheduled calls with me and then wouldn't call or would not be available when I called. The book was supposed to be done over Thanksgiving break and it is now Jan 31st and still not done due to the lack of care and responsiveness from this company and team. I personally would not use this company again.

Dear E.C, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the experiences you’ve had with Amazon Publishing Plus. It’s clear we fell short in delivering the high standard of service and communication we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the lack of responsiveness and turnover you described. Please rest assured that it is not reflective of our core values, nor is it acceptable. We are currently reviewing our client communication procedures and making necessary changes to ensure that a lapse like this does not happen again. Regarding your project, we take your concerns seriously and want to make this right. If you are willing, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you personally to address any remaining issues with your book and ensure its prompt completion to your satisfaction. We value your business and would like to regain your trust. Again, we apologize for your negative experience, and thank you for your patience and understanding. Warm Regards, Amazon Publishing Plus
