Great customer service
Ashley was helpful and signposted me to Sylvia. Sylvia was very patient and informative and was able to explain my options to me clearly. She made sure to check my understanding constantly and addressed any concerns or questions I had in a prompt manner. Looking forward to corresponding with her in the near future!

Outstanding Customer Service!
Max Milton's customer service was excellent. He is the primary reason I went with Amazon Publishing Plus. He was extremely patient and answered all my questions; he made sure I was comfortable with the self-publishing process. He made me very confident and feel at ease with the company because of his attention to detail. I actually expect Max to be in management soon based on his outstanding knowledge. I highly recommend Amazon Publishing Plus to any author looking for a company to assist them with their self-publishing needs.

William Parker was very supportive and provided detailed information regarding self publishing process. Made me feel at ease and confident with getting book to print. Emailed me all the information to review and help me make an informed decision. No pressure to 'sign up now'. All my questions were answered and explained well.
