William Parker over chat bot was good
William parker over chatbot gave me all the answers I needed and was very quick to respond and thorough. I think it is odd that I was requested to do a review at this point. I haven't signed up or started the process. This review is just for the chatbot service. Will be doing my own investigations to see if amazon publishing plus is a legitimate organization before I sign up. It is NOT related to Amazon, so I am skeptical already that they are using the name.

Transparent and Very Helpful Consultant Phase
Though I have not yet worked with Amazon Publishing Plus the discussion I had with Sylvia who talked me through the process the pricing and everything inbetween was nothing short of enlightening. She made everything transparent and easy to follow laying out all that is on offer and keeping patients with the flurry of questions I continued to fire her way. Once my project is complete and ready for a publisher to get there hands on it Amazon Publishing Plus will be that I definantly consider. Thanks Sylvia!

Great Experience
Adam went above and beyond explaining the steps toward seeing a final, physical publication, as well as digital versions on over 35 platforms. While we didn’t decide to publish this particular book, we would surely go forward with Amazon Publishing Plus with a subsequent project. They made extremely accommodating financial arrangements, and were very encouraging about the worthwhile content we had produced.

I worked with Conrad and he was always…
I worked with Conrad and he was always willing to change things or to checkup on any issues. I have worked with other publishing and marketing outfits and they were very good.

Only God is perfect.
I have used several other self-publishing formats. Some of them have become outrageously expensive over time. The folks at Amazon Publishing Plus proved easy to deal with although not always available. The Basecamp model seemed to offer some advantages, but I never heard from anyone besides the lead. They did allow unlimited changes, which is very different from some other formats. I really only required formatting, which took a couple of rounds to get it right. (I had to send a model from another project.) In short, a good group, although always some room for improvement.

Best Team for your Publishing Needs.
I had a book that I wanted to publish and was looking for Amazon, but got to realize later that Amazon does not provide any services in that sense and I needed help with the Editing and Proofreading and the Layout as well. I found Amazon Publishing Plus while looking for Amazon and got to know that Amazon KDP does not have any affiliations with others for the Publishing or Marketing services. They helped me with everything that I needed and the prices were very competitive as well. Thanks to Amazon Publishing Plus team for making my dream come true!!
