Delivers rotted fruits and vegetables that needs to be thrpwn out in the garbage. I read that some of these delivery people buy and store produce and groceries in their own place, shops for the order of customers and deliver their old produce. Disgusting rotting produce.

Manassas Amazon Fresh store: Produce that went on sale yesterday is already out of stock today. This happened on earlier visit to the store. Signs for items that are 20% off for Prime members are very small print, cannot see brand name, so caused problem at checkout. Most associates are not familiar with Amazon credit card rewards.

I was charged for any item that i touched or read the label. Never went anywhere near my cart. They need signs that say you touch you buy. Then have to call overseas and spend 1/2 hour fixing the issue. I also didn't get credit on $58.03 of items that were charge throughout 5 visits. I called and they said it was too late. What is the sense of all the cameras if they overcharge you ever visit for reading labels. Each of the below orders I was charged for reading something. I shouldn't of trusted the technology. Order # 113-5341290-4518634 Order # 113-4429743-6856212 Order # 113-2052225-2955403 Order # 113-1759207-5442601 Order # 113-7788422-2897817 Total $58.03 plus tax was stolen from me. Not cool offering a refund since time expired.

lazy delivery people cannot READ "please ring the doorbell". Sign at my front door says "ALL DELIVERIES PLEASE RING DOORBELL" AMAZON IS INCAPABLE OF FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. I just tossed out half of a fresh delivery because it all thawed on the porch BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED MY GROCERIES DOES NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Amazon has no management, the entire customer service is automated and useless.

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BE USING FRESH, THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE APP, EVERY TIME I ORDER , IT GETS CANCELED FOR SOME RIDICULOUS EXCUSE. MY ORDER SAYS NON DELIVERED BECAUSE IT WAS DAMAGED. I HAD NOTHING IN MY ORDER TO GET DAMAGED.. WHEN YOURE EXPECTING GROCERIES AND THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS SERVICE IS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO DOWN TO THE STORE AND YOUR DRIVERS HAVE IT TOO EASY TO CANCEL AN ORDER SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DRIVE THE MOUNTAINS. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER TO THE FRESH ORDERS.

Horrible experience, again. So you place the order and pay for it. Then 1 hour before delivery they cancel order for no reason and say “sorry” but hey you can order again…. Then 7 of items increase cost by 11 bucks total! Then they don’t credit you back for 3-5 days, if ever. Horrible experience and I’m done with them for groceries. Anywhere else. Then good luck trying to leave a review or talk with anyone.

As has become their usual, Amazon 'fresh' groceries arriving partially to COMPLETELY thawed out. I live in Arizona, and order Amazon regularly due to my immobility. Regrettably, for the last year, Amazon's drivers or packaging staff (whomever is dropping the ball) is not packaging sufficient frozen water bottles - if they add these at all. My freezer items regularly taste... off. This is due to being thawed and refrozen, on every order for a year now. ...EVERY order for a YEAR!! This could just as well be, at least in part, due to too many stops per delivery - as the likelihood of completely thawed, rather than partially, tends to correlate to deliveries where I have 4 or 5 stops before me. This is Arizona, Amazon. If you plan to service this sweltering State, please do it correctly. Update 6/4/24: The frozen bottles AND insulated bags really do work. Isn't a little extra money per delivery better than the couple thousand dollars I've spent this year through Walmart+ Delivery ?

Frozen waffles, no icepack. Totally thawed when they arrived—two days in a row. Pathetic!
