'leider' perfekt, immer pünktlich, immer freundlich, breites auch lokales Angebote. Wenn mal was nicht stimmt kommt die Erstattung prompt... Kundenservice 1a.

I have been using Fresh for the past year to safely get groceries during quarantine & I've always had a positive experience. Quality, fresh produce, meats & dairy delivered within hours & you always get *exactly* what you order, unlike some other delivery services. What I didn't realize is they would be great for gifts too. I had a terrible experience with Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets this Christmas, they botched my order, never delivered my gift, were horribly rude & left me stranded with no gift for my good friend in North Carolina. Amazon Fresh to the rescue! I was able to order a nice selection of gourmet cheeses, meats, fresh bread, fruit & wine & have it all delivered to him within 24 hours. Better still it was twice the food at literally 1/2 the price. Amazing! I honestly can't recommend them enough.

During these times it is beautiful that I can get what I need safely delivered to my door. I have been an avid Amazon Fresh customer even before this pandemic, but now I rely on it even more. Since I have a few of those 'underlying health issues', I don't venture out much. They may not have everything for everybody, but I am able to fulfill my daily meal plans. Thanks Amazon. :-)
