AmazonFreshReviews of amazonfresh.com

I have been awake since 9am and my delivery was supposed to come between 11 and 1pm, at around 11:30 I had my neighbors children knocking my door to ask if I ordered some shopping and I said I had why they said "there's bags of shopping that have been left next to the lift" I open the doors I find my shopping has been dumped next to the lift half the bags hanging open and no delivery person to be seen! Just dumped my shopping and left no notice of delivery didn't buzz my door nothing! Thank God for my lovely neighbors, otherwise all my shopping could have been taken and I eould have been out of pocket shoddy service, no way to make complaint as it says customer service not available in regards to the fresh delivery.

I wonder why Amazon Fresh doesn't give you a choice up front as to whether you want night delivery or not? In an online order made late afternoon I discovered too late I couldn't change it or contact anyone not long afterwards. A lot of times for our building delivery workers cant get past our gate which has no code. Acvorrding to instuctionss, the driver has to look 4 the last name to be buzzed in or use an automatic device.I wonder if there is a supervision communication disconnect? Also, there is no customer service person to quickly contact when needed live or online. A lot of the steps I've tried to go through in the Amazon app don't fit the issue and you cant fully write it out even though ypu are within your own account. Thanks.

I order groceries as I do every week. This is about the delivery driver. It shows on their phone the address. The driver delivered my groceries to the neighbor 2 doors down and then proceed to take picture of the address which was not mine. What kind of nonsense is that?

I have been shopping at Amazon fresh on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills, California for years. I am extremely disappointed the last couple of weeks they’re just not stocking their food. There’s nothing there. I talked to the people who work there and some of them told me that corporate is not sending them enough food to stock their shelves. I have other markets close by that I’m going to go to now because of the horrible job Amazon Fresh is doing recently. I have been a real loyal customer to Amazon fresh but now I’m going to go to Ralph’s, Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s you name it. What happened to Amazon fresh?

Its horrible. Firstly, its not like other brands. You order and then you have to wait till next day for delivery. Maybe sameday delivery is only available in select regions. You add products and order them, at the time of delivery they change the items with alternatives without even informing you on prior basis. Then, there's missing items. The delivery guy just sometimes doesnt know that an item is missing. You have to check the items and tell him. And its frustrating that you see an item available, you order it and at the time of delivery they say "Oh no its not available mate!" I tried giving Amazon Fresh a chance or two, but they messed it up every single time. And the refund of the missing items, gets refunded to your account but it takes 2-3days. Also if you have other services like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Apnamart etc. in your area, better go for them.

Placed an order fine. Booked a convenient slot and was able to track its packing and delivery. When they were one stop away and just 5 miles from my house I thought all was well with 20 mins of my allocated slot time left. Then they headed in the opposite direction to my house. 10 mins after my slot time and with the van now 12 miles away from me, I got a text to say sorry we couldn’t deliver your parcel and will refund to your account. No explanation given. Having spent about 3/4 hour trying, I’ve been unable to leave a review on the delivery or find out why it was not delivered. Most disappointed, as this was my first time on Amazon fresh and I thought this was going to be a fantastic way to shop in the future. It won’t be.

The bread I received was past the expiration date by five days. This has happened before. Shoppers need to look at expiration dates.
