It's disappointing to see how their customer service has deteriorated, especially considering the significant investment required for their products. In previous years, the support was much better, but since the pandemic, there has been a noticeable decline. It's frustrating that they now seem to "Not Care" to their loyal customers and previous supporters of their courses.

Its just a scam

Very disappointing experience with amazing.com. Their website comes across as offering quality products and courses. From my experience the products are very disappointing and poor quality. There are better products available free on YouTube. Won't be purchasing any other products or courses from amazing.com because they are anything but amazing and don't stand behind what they sell.

I wish I checked TP before wasting time and thousands of pounds with this company. I honestly believe they should face criminal proceedings. They are just a cash-grab. If you want to find eComm or marketplace courses they are all very much the same content wise and ASM gives nothing worth three times the amount of their competitors. If you are already a member DO NOT under any circumstances purchase their Expert Product Package or Pre Vetted Product - this is an absolute rip off. I purchased one - it was terrible, super competitive, low margin so I complained and they gave me another which was just as bad but they oversell the product so what you end up with is a product FAR more competitive then one you would ever source and invest in yourselves - and you PAY them over a thousand for it - just dont do it!!

In order to perform some of the tasks in the Amazing.com Amazon course that I paid for, we were asked to be on a 3-month trial software and the only way to activate it is to add our credit card information. This software has multiple levels, but we were FORCE to a subscription plan that was NOT our choice so that in the event we forget to cancel we get charged for that particular amount. What I am upset about is that 1) when we signed up for the course, there is no mention about being forced on an additional software and 2) we couldn't pick what subscription and we were forced to be on the second level. I did not complete the course, and I forgot to cancel. I kindly requested refunds multiple times stating that for OVER 2 MONTHS I HAVE NOT USED THEIR SOFTWARE OR LOGGED INTO THEIR PLATFORM. I think this forced trial and forced to be on a certain plan I did not choose and having to pay for that is just not good business practice so I would like to make a case here. The program is for a year, and I actually think it's great. I actually liked the people and the course materials. So nothing negative to say about that.. but this forced trial and forced plan and not refunding when I requested nicely multiple times is just money grabby for me.
