The support is almost nonexistent after purchasing their membership. They don't upload their weekly coaching calls to the website. Very disappointed!
I should have read the bad reviews on Trustpilot before I joined the membership.

Expert Guidance & Support
Having the experts directly leading the participants through the process has been extremely valuable and helpful. Also, hearing the other participant's experiences has been valuable as well for enhancing the learning experience. This is a great program, and I'm proud to be able to participate in it!

Joining the Amazing Co-Polite AI edition program has been one of the best decisions I've made for my e-commerce journey.
I've been in the program for about four months now, and I am extremely pleased with the experience. As a complete beginner, I was looking for a program that would teach me step-by-step, and Co-Polite program has exceeded my expectations. The training is detailed, easy to follow, and provides a clear roadmap for building an e-commerce business.
One of the things I appreciate most is the weekly coaching and the small group environment. It feels much more personal rather than feeling like just another student, I feel like I'm receiving direct coaching and mentorship from the trainers.
The support has been incredible. The team has helped me with everything from finding my first product to sourcing suppliers and navigating challenges along the way. Whenever I have questions, I can ask them in the group chat and receive helpful answers and guidance.
I am also very impressed with the AI tools provided within the program. They have been incredibly valuable and have helped make many parts of the business-building process easier and more efficient.
A special thank you to Mike McClary, James Anderson, and Devin. Their knowledge, patience, encouragement, and genuine commitment to helping students succeed truly stand out. It's clear that they care about their members and want to see them achieve their goals.
I am very grateful for the support I've received from the entire team and am excited to continue growing my business with their guidance. If you're looking for a supportive, detailed, and hands-on e-commerce coaching program, I highly recommend Amazing Co-Polite Training.

Shady and rip-off business practices
I purchased the Amazing.com's One Product Away Challenge back in January 2026. It was a 3-month training course with access to their Amazing Intelligence tool. At that time, I received an email notifying me about the charges and another one containing the payment receipt. After those 3 months, a subscription was automatically renewed without any email notification or any payment receipt. I found out about the renewal charges 2 weeks later when I received my credit card statement. I tried to contact them immediately but their phone number is just for show, it doesn't work at all. Then, I went on their website and contacted them through a form and received a reply on the same day saying they couldn't refund me for the non-notified charges because a period of 48 hours had passed. The only thing they could do was to cancel future charges. It has been about 20 days since I last accessed their courses or their tool. When I tried to access their dashboard yesterday, I confirmed that I no longer had access to it - even within the period related to what I was charged for. After complaining about the lack of renewal notification, their refusal to refund me, or the lack of access within the period I was charged for, I was granted access to one of their products, the Amazing Intelligence tool. So, in the 30-day period I was charged for, in reality I only have 10 actual days of access to the tool. I find their business practices shady and a rip-off. This will prevent me from buying anything else from them in the future. They gained $97.00 at my expense now, but they will lose thousands of dollars in the future. I wish I had read all the reviews about them before buying anything from them.

Denise - I'm so sorry to hear about your experience! While I'm glad you got to join the Challenge and try out the program for 3 months, it should have been more clear about how it continues on after that as well unless you decide to cancel. If you reach out to the support team and tell them to forward it to me, Mike, I'll make sure it's taken care of.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I signed up for a challenge and they said as a bonus I got one year subscription free on Zoof after that they started charging my credit card a monthly fee I didn't agreed to. When I reached out they were very lame about providing a reimbursement. They have no phone to contact is just one guy responding every 48 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

I joined Amazon through the Amazing…
I joined Amazon through the Amazing Selling Machine (ASM) course, and at the time it truly changed my life. When I joined, there were around 30 people in the course, and many of us were doing very well and making good, profitable money. Slowly, year by year, it became harder and harder to survive on Amazon, and today I am the only one still selling. That alone shows how much the Amazon landscape has changed.
I launched several products and made a profit back in 2015. I am still selling on Amazon today, but honestly, it now feels like a constant struggle just to stay afloat. Selling profitably has become extremely difficult, stressful, and mentally draining.
Over the past four years, I have launched 10 new products. Every single one of them resulted in a loss, except for two products. Even those two did not make a profit—I only managed to get my money back. I followed the ASM method step by step, exactly as I did before when it worked. I truly believe I did everything correctly, but the environment today is completely different and far more difficult.
The biggest issue is visibility. Around 90% of customers buy from page 1, and reaching page 1 now requires a huge financial commitment. Advertising feels unavoidable—Amazon ads, Facebook ads, TikTok ads—but the costs are overwhelming. On top of that, giving away free products and spending hundreds of dollars just to gain traction feels unsustainable.
Pricing has also become a major problem. If a product is priced below $20, too many selling. If it is priced around $30, the less selling - so good, but the advertising costs, returns, and fees increase so much that the losses are even bigger. Realistically, launching a product now requires at least $6,000 or more, and even then, there is no guarantee of success.
Because of these challenges, I have stopped adding new products. I am simply trying to slowly sell through the stock I already have. Unfortunately, many other sellers are now offering the same products at lower prices, making it extremely difficult to compete. Any small profit I do manage to make is often completely wiped out by customer returns, which are increasing more and more. After returns, fees, and advertising, there is almost nothing left.
Small test orders of 100 or 200 units no longer work. By the time a product reaches page 1, 2, or even 3—after spending heavily on ads—I am already losing money. When sales finally start to improve, the stock runs out, restocking takes weeks, and then the same painful cycle starts again.
The only alternative seems to be ordering over 1,000 units at once, but that is an enormous risk. Many times, my stock has ended up stuck in Amazon warehouses, tying up capital and adding even more pressure. I have genuinely tried my best and followed the ASM strategies, so I don’t know if this is my own failure or simply the reality of Amazon today. It honestly feels like Amazon has become a bubble that is no longer sustainable for small sellers.
I am writing this because I still believe in what ASM taught me, but I feel stuck and exhausted. Any honest guidance, updated strategies, or support from Amazing Selling Machine would mean a great deal to me.

Hi Mohsin,
Thank you for taking the time to write such an honest and thoughtful review. I want you to know I read every word of it, and I completely understand where you’re coming from. What you’re describing is real, and you’re not alone in feeling it.
The Amazon landscape today is dramatically different from what it was in 2015. Visibility is harder, advertising costs are higher, competition is more intense, and the financial and mental pressure on sellers - especially experienced ones who know what “good” used to look like - is very real. You’re right to say that selling profitably on Amazon alone has become far more difficult and risky.
Because of these changes, Amazing Selling Machine has evolved as well. While the foundational principles still matter, selling on Amazon by itself is no longer a strong long-term strategy. Today, success requires being omnichannel, owning the customer relationship, building real brand assets, and driving sales to your own store - while still using Amazon strategically to capture demand from customers who prefer to shop there.
More recently, we’ve taken this evolution even further by introducing our AI Operator approach. The goal is to help sellers manage the growing complexity of the business - product research, competitive analysis, advertising, pricing pressure, inventory decisions, and content creation - without burning out. AI isn’t a shortcut, but when used correctly, it can dramatically improve decision-making, reduce wasted spend, and give sellers clarity in an environment that has become overwhelming.
This is also why our ASM members receive lifetime access to updated training. We don’t believe in static strategies for a market that keeps changing, and we’re continually adapting our guidance to reflect the reality sellers are facing today - not the Amazon of the past.
I truly appreciate you sharing your experience so openly. If for some reason you need help accessing the most up to do version of ASM, just reach out to our support and they will make sure you know how to find it.
Thanks again - your feedback matters, and it helps ensure we stay grounded in what sellers are actually experiencing.
Best,
Mike McClary
